Technical Support Analyst

Position: Technical Support Analyst at Mackenzie Health
Become a Technical Support Analyst at Mackenzie Health, providing first-level IT support across multiple healthcare sites. Focus on problem-solving and customer service excellence.

In this on-site role, you will serve as the primary contact for all user support needs, troubleshooting various technical issues related to end-user computing environments. A customer-centric approach and effective communication are crucial as you assist users remotely and onsite. The role requires availability for rotational on-call duties to maintain high service standards across shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address IT issues through phone and ticket submissions

• Provide onsite support for unresolved technical problems

• Document all support activities in Service Now

• Prioritize and resolve support tickets following SLAs

• Engage with IT teams for complex issue resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1-2 years in Service Desk operations

• Proficient with Windows 10 and VMware support

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle access

• Capability to work flexible hours and support on-call
