Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support through multiple channels

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Exposure to Linux/UNIX operating systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
• Understanding of networking and enterprise database technologies
