Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining contractual service levels

Function as a Site leader on project assignments, as required

Utilize your experience and knowledge for customer documentation development

Perform hardware warranty and non-warranty repairs of desktops and notebooks.

Perform imaging and re-imaging of workstation operating systems and applications

Provide end-user support and assistance on various operating systems and applications

Execute complex moves, adds, changes of computer equipment.

Complete complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment.

Perform network connections for desktops and printers.

Support and service customers with POS, Servers, Switches, Routers and Wi-Fi.Maintain; or ability to attain, major vendor (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Lexmark, Xerox, etc.) certifications.

Maintain your CompTIA certifications

After hours support as required

Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. independently on a regular basis.

Other duties as required.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.

Ability to pass Security Clearance check is required.
1-2 years of related experience and education in a relevant program of study from an accredited institution, as well as experience with current operating systems

High School Diploma is required

CompTIA A+ Certification is an asset.

Experience with Tier 1 vendors (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Lexmark, Xerox, etc.). is an Asset

Experience with POS, Servers, Switches, Routers and Wi-Fi.is an Asset

Experience with current Operating Systems.

Experience with determining and resolving problems with laser printers (major vendors) preferred.

Experience in diagnosing, documenting, and troubleshooting issues spanning multiple technologies. preferred.

Strong time management skills with proven sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

High level of integrity and honesty.

Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Bilingualism is an asset

Working Conditions:

Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm30-minute unpaid lunch break

Availability to work evenings, weekends and out of town

May be required to work overtime, with paid compensation based on local Employment Standards Act.

Travel to client sites, with the ability to travel long distances when required

Frequently assigned to new tasks to adjust to changing priorities.
