Compugen is seeking an Operations Business Process Analyst to accelerate the practical adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital tools across Operations. Reporting to the Manager, Business Process Optimization, this role will work directly with operational teams to identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, pilot approved solutions, and embed new ways of working that improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility, service, and decision-making. The role combines business process analysis, change enablement, solution experimentation, and adoption support.

It will translate operational needs into well-defined use cases and help move innovations from idea through testing, implementation, measurement, documentation, training, and sustained use. The analyst will work within Compugen standards for security, privacy, responsible AI, and technology governance.

• Develop and maintain an Operations AI and innovation opportunity pipeline aligned with business priorities and measurable operational outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand workflows, pain points, business rules, controls, system dependencies, and customer or employee impacts.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI, automation, analytics, and existing-system opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, effort, scalability, and readiness for adoption.
• Document current-state and future-state processes through process maps, procedures, work instructions, user stories, business requirements, and decision records.
• Design, configure, test, and support approved pilots and solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, JDE, and other approved business technologies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, feedback cycles, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and transition into operational ownership.
• Develop adoption plans that address stakeholder engagement, communications, training, job aids, process changes, reinforcement, and ongoing support.
• Coach operational teams on effective and responsible use of AI tools, including prompt practices, validation of outputs, appropriate human oversight, and escalation of risks.
• Monitor adoption, usage, benefits, quality, and control effectiveness; recommend improvements and document lessons learned.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, standards, and examples to help scale successful innovations across Operations.
• Maintain project plans and action logs, provide regular progress updates, and communicate priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with business, technology, security, privacy, data, and change-management stakeholders to ensure solutions are approved, supportable, and sustainable.
