Reporting to the Vendor Supply Chain and Accessories Manager, you will be engaged in developing vendor communications and conducting monthly performance reviews. This role requires collaboration with both global suppliers and internal teams to solve business challenges and implement a streamlined Vendor Management Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve vendor communications and build strong relationships

• Lead supplier performance evaluations and implement review structures

• Foster effective inventory management through strong supplier partnerships

• Communicate challenges and develop solutions within the operating network

• Oversee Market Intelligence insights for Parts Operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain Management

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in vendor management

• Strong communication skills to address business challenges

• Knowledge of global supply chain operations

• Supervisory experience is an added advantage
