This position reports to the Director of Procurement and Contract Management. As an Interoperative Supply Coordinator, you will work closely with clinical teams and ensure that surgical supplies are available and meet the needs of operating rooms. Your focus will be on inventory management, forecasting, and supporting quality improvement initiatives by collaborating effectively across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate purchasing and management of surgical supplies

• Conduct regular inventory checks for accuracy and compliance

• Distribute supplies to clinical areas ensuring procedural preparedness

• Collaborate with clinical teams to forecast supply needs

• Assist with quality improvement and cost-containment projects

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of supply chain experience

• Experience in an Operating Room environment

• University education preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
