Position: Customer-Focused Logistics Coordinator Role
Enhance warehouse operations as a Logistics Coordinator with Pangeo Group in Vaughan, Ontario. This role emphasizes a customer-centric approach in managing production planning and logistics coordination.

You will serve as the key liaison for customers, ensuring their order statuses are tracked and communicated effectively. Capacity evaluation, production order management, and transportation logistics will centralize your day-to-day activities. Leading production meetings and ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize waste are vital responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate production capacities and align orders

• Manage transportation and customs logistics

• Coordinate warehouse activities and shipping documentation

• Analyze delivery performance and improve efficiencies

• Resolve any production exceptions promptly

Requirements:

• 1+ years in logistics or production environment

• Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering or Logistics

• Experience with international shipping and documentation

• Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge

• Understanding of IATF 16949 standards is a plus
