This position entails managing a diverse team of 11-15 maintenance workers across various responsibilities. You will focus on supervising projects, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing cost estimates. Strong leadership and organizational skills will be vital to coordinate projects and recruit new team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports on maintenance and project progress
• Supervise and schedule team tasks effectively
• Estimate costs and materials for upcoming projects
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations within the workplace
• Instruct and lead team members in their daily duties
Requirements:
• Completion of high school graduation certificate is essential
• Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance supervision
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and safety training
• WHMIS and working at heights certification required
• Must have own steel-toed safety boots
