The position at Apotex involves strategic leadership in liquid manufacturing processes, emphasizing troubleshooting, technology transfer, and continuous improvement. With over 10 years of experience, you will guide a team through critical operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, to sustain business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize liquid dosage manufacturing processes
• Resolve complex formulation and equipment issues
• Provide expert guidance during technology transfer and product launches
• Assess manufacturing risks and ensure compliance
• Oversee technical investigations and process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific field
• Minimum 10-12 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and validation processes
• Proven analytical and project management skills
• Leadership experience managing technical teams
