In this supervisory role, you'll guide teams and foster a strong safety culture at our Mosport operations. With at least three years of relevant experience, you will lead daily huddles, coordinate with sales, enforce safety protocols, and support training initiatives. Digital proficiency is essential as you manage shift scheduling and optimize production processes.

Requirements:
