Mediflex Talent Solutions has been exclusively retained to recruit a Nurse Practitioner for a highly respected physician-led integrative health clinic in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is not a traditional primary care role. This is an opportunity to join an established practice that has spent more than three decades helping patients optimize their health through evidence-based hormone therapy, women's health care, preventative medicine, and functional health approaches. The clinic has developed a reputation that attracts patients from across Canada and internationally, many of whom specifically seek out the expertise offered by the practice.

• Work directly alongside a highly respected physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience
• Receive hands‑on mentorship in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), menopause management, thyroid optimization, weight management, and integrative medicine
• Build long‑term relationships with motivated patients who are invested in their health outcomes

• Longer appointment times that allow for comprehensive assessments and thoughtful treatment planning

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health evaluations
• Review laboratory testing and diagnostic information
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Manage ongoing patient care and follow‑up appointments
• Support patients through menopause, perimenopause, hormone optimization, thyroid health, medical weight management, and overall wellness programs
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and lifestyle interventions
• Collaborate with the physician and clinic team to continually enhance patient care and clinical outcomes

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner (Extended Class)
• Strong clinical foundation in primary care, family practice, women's health, endocrinology, or related areas
• Passion for patient‑centered care and preventative health
• Interest in hormones, women's health, functional medicine, and root‑cause healthcare approaches
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, relationship‑focused approach to patient care

• 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Previous exposure to BHRT, menopause management, women's health, or integrative medicine
• Experience working in private practice or specialty clinical environments
