Position: Education Leader in Nursing at Mackenzie Health
Elevate clinical education as an Education Leader in Nursing at Mackenzie Health. This position focuses on effective program planning and mentorship to enhance nursing competencies.
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will work closely with Operations Leadership to facilitate knowledge application and practice improvements. Your ability to assess needs and deliver educational frameworks will ensure high-quality patient care. A solid background in hemodialysis is critical to this role, supporting the continuous development of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and evaluate clinical education initiatives

• Manage knowledge transfer effectively within the nursing team

• Mentor staff to enhance their clinical competencies

• Uphold patient safety standards within educational practices

• Develop impactful learning experiences tailored to specific needs
Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Degree in Nursing required

• At least 5 years of nursing experience required

• Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS

• Minimum 2 years of hemodialysis experience required
