Position: Full-Time Operating Room Nurse Position
Become a vital member of the perioperative team at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre as a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse. Deliver exceptional patient-centered care and collaborate with a skilled surgical team.

This position at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre requires a committed Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care throughout the surgical process. You will actively engage in both scrub and circulating duties, fostering communication among interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care. Your clinical expertise will contribute directly to positive surgical outcomes and the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scrub and circulating duties per ORNAC standards

• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers

• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement

• Participate in mandatory training requirements

• Work in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Baccalaureate Nursing Program

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year of recent operating room experience preferred

• Knowledge of ORNAC practice standards

• Current BCLS certification
