Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our compassionate perioperative team.

Your role will involve participating actively in surgical procedures, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals. Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scrub and circulating duties adhering to ORNAC standards

• Foster communication and collaboration with the surgical team

• Engage in ongoing training and safety compliance

• Assist in special projects to enhance patient care

• Maintain compliance with Occupational Health regulations

Requirements:

• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

• One year preferred experience in the operating room

• Competence in orthopedic surgeries is an asset

• Verified current BCLS certification
