Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per client's care plan and CNO standards

• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic outcomes

• Perform clinical procedures including assessments and wound care

• Monitor client health and report any significant changes

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Requirements:

• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario as an RPN

• Strong communication skills in English

• Previous home care or community nursing experience preferred

• Reliable vehicle for client travel

• Current Basic Life Support certification required
