Position: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Casual Roles

You'll report directly to the Client Services Coordinator, helping clients maintain their comfort and independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer care according to client-specific plans and CNO guidelines

• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient progress

• Provide education and emotional support to clients and families

• Maintain up-to-date documentation using electronic systems

• Support personal care and daily living activities when needed

Requirements:

• Registered with CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in home care or long-term nursing is a plus

• Must own a vehicle for client visits

• Up-to-date Basic Life Support certification necessary
