S.R.T. Med Staff is hiring experienced Mental Health Nurses to join its Community Visiting Nursing Program. This role oversees patient care in locations including Richmond Hill and Vaughan. Key responsibilities include collaborating on treatment plans and evaluating care effectiveness, all while advocating for patient rights and promoting safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate care plans with patients and their families

• Provide nursing care according to established plans

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments

Requirements:

• RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year of community nursing experience

• Evidence of working towards Mental Health Nursing certification

• Two years in a psychiatric facility
