Safety and Environmental Supervisor

Position: Safety and Environmental Supervisor needed
Join the world's largest ice cream company as a Safety and Environmental Supervisor, where you’ll lead initiatives to ensure safety and compliance. This role involves collaboration with multiple internal teams while focusing on reducing injuries and environmental impacts.

As a key player in the plant’s Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) framework, you will implement programs and strategies to achieve excellence in safety management. Your responsibilities will encompass leading safety initiatives, overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing contractor and visitor processes. This role is critical in fostering a safe working environment and supporting the operational goals of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Safety, Security & Health Programs at the plant

• Collaborate with the JHSC Management and regulatory bodies

• Execute the WSIB program effectively at the facility

• Manage site contractor and visitor compliance processes

• Oversee emergency response management systems

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in safety-related roles

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures

• Ability to analyze safety performance indicators

• Proven track record in safety audits and incident management
