Quality Technician - Amico Accessories

Overview

Job Summary — Working under the direction of the Quality Manager in checking products. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee and manage the NCR process and ensure they are closed in a timely manner.
• Review returned products (RGAs) and failed products (NCs), conduct investigations, and report findings to the Quality Manager and Engineering.
• Inspect and test incoming materials and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Issue SCARs against suppliers and ensure proper root cause investigation and corrective action.
• Provide technical support to the service team and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Quality related field
• Expert in NCR and SCAR processes
• Able to understand mechanical drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Great attention to detail and ability to notice small differences
• Familiar with MS Office
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use inspection tools (e.g., caliper)
• Able to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Knowledge of electronics/circuit is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus

• Clean work environment
• Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
• You must supply your own steel-toed safety shoes
