At Embross, we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with over 5 years of experience. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, conduct audits, and implement quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues while supporting sustainability programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System aligned with ISO standards
• Develop quality policies and work instructions
• Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence
• Support environmental compliance under ISO 14001
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in quality management or engineering
• 5+ years in quality engineering roles
• Proficient in quality tools and process control
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
