Who are we looking for?

The Part-Time Team Lead plays a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting store leadership in daily operations. This role is hands‑on and sales-driven, combining personal selling with coaching and motivating team members to achieve individual and store goals. The Team Lead helps ensure Laline’s brand standards are consistently upheld, including visual presentation, merchandising, and back‑of‑house organization.

The Part‑Time Team Lead must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak selling periods. This role may open or close the store and provide floor leadership coverage as needed. As a leader on the sales floor, the Team Lead sets the tone by modeling outstanding selling behaviours, product knowledge, and client service.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver and ensure consistently elevated, personalized customer experiences aligned with the Laline brand.
  • Drive personal sales performance while coaching associates to meet and exceed goals.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts.
  • Train, motivate, and support associates in selling techniques and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Laline products, ingredients, brand story, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and self‑care routines.
