Overview
Position: Store Manager (permanent, full-time)
Location: King City, ON
Reports To: District Manager

Summary:
The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team. This is a leadership position suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and is passionate about team development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Salary + Comm.
Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Set and achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain showroom standards in collaboration with operations, marketing, and product teams.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
- Ensure all procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate staffing needs and support recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Partner with head office two days per month to identify and implement store improvements.
- Ensure store merchandising aligns with promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a strong customer-first culture while resolving issues professionally.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
- 5+ years of experience in store or retail management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, training, and performance management
- Solid understanding of retail operations, sales processes, inventory, and merchandising
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards
