What You Will Be Doing
  • Tailoring Solutions:
    Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
  • Sales Delivery:
    Finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets
  • Customer Engagement:
    Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls and text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers, and driving overall customer retention
  • Brand Promotion:
    Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals
  • Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer‑focused upselling, and consistently contributing to overall store performance
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times
