As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your day‑to‑day tasks will include managing online orders from picking to packing and ensuring customer satisfaction. These responsibilities are crucial in maintaining Walmart’s reputation for quality and service.
- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas ensuring “On Time” delivery.
- Pack orders with precision, distinguishing between similar products and ensuring correct quantities.
- Ensure all products are of the highest quality and document orders accurately.
- Optimize tote fill while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment duties with customer service, addressing issues to resolution.
