As a Member Experience Associate, you will play an integral part in fostering a positive environment for members and guests. Your responsibilities will include resolving member concerns, providing exceptional service in retail, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone. Engage with guests and support promotional activities within the club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve member concerns promptly

• Offer outstanding service at the cafe and pro-shop

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols

• Keep updated on services and programs for promotion

• Accurately complete administrative tasks with care

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or similar qualification

• 1+ years of experience in customer service settings

• Current CPR & First Aid certifications required

• Flexible working hours necessary

• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
