Key responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Working at the front desk, including answering phones and chatting with members
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide intro members through their first Orange theory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Handling members’ concerns professionally and objectively to achieve resolution
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are clean and organized
