Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth team. This role bridges marketing and sales—owning top‑of‑funnel outreach, qualifying inbound interest, and ensuring follow‑up from events and campaigns is timely and effective. You’ll also help support the execution of our marketing calendar, working closely with leadership to drive pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do Outbound Prospecting- Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, phone, and Linked In to generate new qualified opportunities.
- Personalize outreach based on industry, use case, or previous engagement with Pro Lytics or our partners.
- Build and manage target contact lists using CRM, Linked In, etc.
- Respond to inbound requests from website forms, webinars, Azure Marketplace, and email campaigns.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social content with targeted outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Support pre‑event prospecting and post‑event follow‑ups for industry events and Vena conferences.
- Track and report on event lead engagement and conversions.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics and communications.
- Help maintain and update the Pro Lytics marketing calendar across blog posts, newsletters, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on drafting outreach templates, social copy, and follow‑up messaging.
- Monitor Linked In and other channels to support engagement and identify trends.
- 1–3 years in a BDR, SDR, or marketing/sales coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter with excellent time management and follow‑through.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Apollo).
- Bonus: experience with SaaS, financial planning software, or consulting services.
