Drive Canadian sales growth through retail expansion, broker management, and distributor performance for Amos Food’s confectionery business. Lead commercial execution across the market.
As Sales Director, you will support the Market VP’s Canadian vision and strategy. The role requires consumer packaged goods experience, strong retail knowledge, and disciplined trade budget management. You will coordinate China headquarters with Canadian commercial partners while expanding Amos Food distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure new retail accounts across Canada
- Open channels and increase product listings
- Set distributor and broker performance expectations
- Track sales, distribution, and trade budget KPIs
- Implement corrective actions supporting commercial priorities
- Minimum 10 years of CPG sales experience
- University degree
- Canadian retail experience
- Broker and distributor management experience
- Trade budget experience;
French English bilingualism is an asset
