Do you have a passion for customer service and hold a valid Ontario Security Guard license? We are seeking individuals to join our Team for high-end condominium sites in Richmond Hill.
One year of Supervisory experience in a condominium setting is required
, along with commitment to excellence and a desire to be part of a team of elite security professionals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure assigned security staff are complying with the company standards in terms of uniform, training, and site-specific procedures.

• Ensure Safety and Emergency protocols are followed in response to fire alarms, water leaks, noise complaints and all other emergencies that may occur.

• Provide training, direction, and guidance to all members of the security team as it pertains to the required duties.

• Ensure proper documentation and logs are properly maintained daily.

• Operating and ensuring all security equipment, such as access systems, radios, phones, electronic logs, and resident data information, is operational and always updated.

• Immediate response to all incidents and emergency situations.

• Calling for and assisting emergency response teams as and when required.

• Performing random personal reviews assigned to security staff to ensure their knowledge and performance meet the customer expectations.

• Supervise and monitor CCTV and access control on the site, as well as provide support to property management as and when requested.

• Front-line representative of the Customer to guests/visitors.
