Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Concierge Overnight in Richmond Hill, ON

Position: Security Professional - Concierge Overnight

Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Payrate: $18.35 per hour

Status: Fulltime

Shift: Monday to Friday | Overnight Shift | 12am - 8am

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Concierge Overnight to oversee one of our residential sites in Richmond Hill, ON
. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills
, customer service skills
, willing to work overnight shifts
, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential concierge security
, enjoy patrolling
, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience
  .
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service skills
  .
• Excellent written and oral communication
  .
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License
  .
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
