Position: Security Supervisor for Securitas Operations
Manage security operations as a Control Room Supervisor at Securitas Canada in Richmond Hill. This pivotal role focuses on screening procedures, compliance, and effective communication across diverse teams.

In this role, you will supervise security checkpoints and ensure all procedures are strictly followed in various locations including North York and Etobicoke. Your security experience will be valuable in documenting shift activities and addressing any issues or violations, fostering a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security operation procedures effectively

• Prepare and review documentation of shift activities

• Conduct thorough screenings of all personnel

• Monitor traffic flow and recommend staff adjustments

• Report issues and escalate to Shift Security Supervisor

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License

• At least three years of security experience essential

• Strong written and oral communication skills required

• Eligibility for Reliability Clearance via the Government

• Access to a vehicle is preferred for site travel
