Loss Prevention Associate at UNIQLO

Protect assets and ensure safety as a full-time Loss Prevention Associate at UNIQLO’s new Hillcrest Mall store. This role involves strategic loss prevention initiatives and team training.

UNIQLO is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate with a minimum of two years in the field. You will implement loss prevention policies, detect theft, and assist in training store personnel on important protocols. Your expertise with technology and investigations will support the overall safety of the store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement loss prevention policies and initiatives

• Detect and safely apprehend shoplifters as necessary

• Train team members on loss prevention protocols

• Track internal investigations using case management systems

• Support inventory management and cycle counts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Loss Prevention experience

• Knowledge of Canadian laws related to safety and apprehensions

• Experience with CCTV and loss prevention technology

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand/walk entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
