AI & Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking developer who understands both modern software development and practical AI implementation. This role is focused on building intelligent business systems, automating operational workflows, integrating legacy platforms with modern applications, and eliminating manual processes wherever possible.

You’ll work across projects in the dental supply industry and dental clinics, developing systems that combine AI, automation, integrations, and scalable web applications. We want someone who is constantly learning, experimenting with new AI tools, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Someone who can take ownership of projects and build complete solutions from concept to deployment.

• End-to-end operational automation solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and internal tools
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing front-end interfaces using: HTML5, CSS3, Java script, ReactJS
• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using:
  Node.js, Express, Python etc
• Implement JWT-based authentication and role-based access control
• Build and optimize database schemas using;
  Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Build AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation systems
• Work with modern AI tools, LLMs, and automation frameworks
• Design systems that can read & extract data from PDF/Documents, process and transform business data.
• Develop AI agents that reduce or eliminate manual operational tasks
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools.
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Configure and manage Nginx for reverse proxy, load balancing, and API routing
• Implement CI/CD workflows and deployment automation
• Monitor application performance, logs, uptime, and system health
• Integrate internal systems and third-party platforms through RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs
• Work with Git workflows for collaborative development using Git/Git Hub
• Build secure, maintainable, and scalable application architecture
• Integrate legacy systems with modern cloud and AI-based applications
• Work with ERP systems and operational software integrations
• Conduct testing for functionality, responsiveness, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, tickets, and production issues across the stack

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong programming fundamentals and system design knowledge
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java script, React
  
  JS, Node.js, Express, Python, Django
• Experience with Docker, Nginx, JWT Authentication, Restful APIs
• Solid understanding of databases of Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, etc.
• Strong Git/Git Hub experience and understanding of branching strategies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and execution abilities

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
