Shape the future of digital transformation as the Lead Software Developer at THE INFORMATION COMPANY in Richmond Hill, ON. This office-based role focuses on cross-platform C/C++ libraries essential for major industries.

In this hands-on role, you will provide technical leadership for the Voltage Secure Data Engineering team. Engage in developing cryptographic engines used by banks and healthcare organizations globally. Your work will involve writing and debugging production code, mentoring engineers, and leading technical design discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-platform feature development from design to implementation

• Set standards for code quality, testing, and reviews

• Mentor team members on technical design and architecture

• Drive CI/CD strategy using CMake, Git Lab CI, and Jenkins

• Collaborate with QA for unit and integration testing

Requirements:

• Expert-level C/C++ and Java development experience

• Strong background in systems programming across Linux or Windows

• Proven applied cryptography experience (TLS/SSL, symmetric encryption)

• Familiarity with cross-language SDK design and build engineering

• Experience leading code reviews and architectural decisions
