As the Lead Software Developer in the Voltage Secure Data team, you will guide the creation of cross-platform solutions aimed at protecting sensitive information. In this role, you'll tackle hands-on engineering challenges while mentoring other developers and leading key technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cryptographic functionalities including encryption and key management
