In today's world, that means adopting AI to enable our corporate and on-site teams with agentic workflows, deep analytics and machine learning to support our most important decisions. Good data is the foundation of AI, so Venterra's Data Engineering team is building a modern data stack with a Medallion architecture based on Snowflake, Airflow and AWS to power our Analytics and AI teams.

We're integrating our proprietary in-house applications with commercial enterprise applications and third-party data sources to give us an edge in the multi-family real estate business.
