Compugen Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a 12-month contract position. You will lead the warehouse team under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager, focusing on both operational and strategic implementation. Your goal is to foster an environment of safety while ensuring all processes meet customer expectations and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety and compliance with company policies

• Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals and progress

• Train staff according to ISO procedures and standards

• Conduct accurate inventory assessments and counts

• Supervise daily activities and scheduling of staff

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education

• At least 5 years in warehouse supervision

• Knowledge of Joint Health and Safety operations

• Experience with ISO 9001:2008 standards

• Competence with material handling equipment
