As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily activities in Richmond Hill and Aurora. This position requires expertise in inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with health and safety standards in a regulated industry. You will lead a dedicated team, drive performance, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving and shipping
• Ensure timely order fulfillment to meet customer SLA
• Maintain accurate inventory using ERP/WMS systems
• Lead and develop warehouse staff for enhanced performance
• Collaborate on process improvements with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, 3+ in a leadership role
• Experience in regulated medical industries is beneficial
• Knowledge of inventory control practices
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and lean practices
