Open Text is looking for a dynamic and experienced AI principal product manager to define and deliver our market leading Intelligent Fax Aviator solution from Open Text as part of the Digital Experience (DX) FAX Product Team. We are a global organization of highly skilled and motivated professionals whose #1 goal is to create products that make our clients wildly successful and deliver significant business value.

Your Impact:

As a principal leader in the Business Unit of Digital Experience, you will join collaborative, fast-paced teams and work cross-functionally to design, build, and GTM with our Fax Aviator AI Solution to support the Open Text DX Fax Portfolio and the next generation of AI in our Digital Fax offerings. The Principal Product Manager is responsible for definition and execution of the solution strategy, delivery of releases, and successfully bringing these to market with optimal commercialization value.

This includes gathering client insights, roadmap development, product and pricing strategy, competitive positioning / differentiation, and competitive tracking of the offerings in the marketplace globally.

This role reports directly to the Director, Product Management within the Digital Experience (DX) business unit s is an opportunity for a passionate, driven PM leader to excel at delivering on a cutting-edge business and be rewarded with career growth for the success of its new offerings!

What

The Role Offers:

Bring a strong understanding of AI to our digital communication fax channel and market, with a deep understanding of the Healthcare, Public Sector and Fin Serv verticals.

Evangelize and create buy-in from internal and external stakeholders for roadmap vision.

Work with other DX product managers, PM team lead, UX designers and marketing managers to develop commercialization features and packaging strategies.

Collaborate with sales, services, partners, designers, and cloud ops to ensure feedback into the roadmap to drive client / stakeholder satisfaction.

Model market movements to create forward-looking roadmaps that optimize returns.

Evangelize product to clients, field, and industry analysts to build awareness and mindshare when necessary (travel occasionally required).Translate roadmap strategy into detailed and appropriate artifacts for agile development.

What You Need To Succeed:

Demonstrable 15+ years of Product Management experience with multiple product launches under the belt.

Demonstrate AI product experience, and deep understanding of AI concepts and commercialization.

Experience working with large and complex products at an enterprise level within a large organization.

Strong presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Understanding of Hyperscalers and AI ecosystems.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Ability to create business plans, communicate verbally and visually and persuasively advocate viewpoints or strategic goals/imperatives.

Experience with healthcare and/or financial markets preferred.
