SummaryThe PE Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing potential suppliers, deciding on new items suppliers, negotiating part prices, and coordinating parts suppliers. Key responsibilities include sub parts cost management.
Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal/external customers (Sales Managers) to ensure on‑time results.
- Review legal documentation such as RFQs, LOIs, terms and conditions, and develop procurement documentation in line with Mobis policy.
- Review supplier requirements, release quotations, and perform quotation analysis.
- Perform part characteristic analysis and risk analysis, and create procurement policies.
- Research and secure potential suppliers.
- Conduct cost analysis for parts, tooling, and other expenses; negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Create detailed price breakdown for each product covering material, labor, burden, etc.
- Negotiate supply agreements and cost models with key suppliers, ensuring pricing and lead time updates.
- Comply with and promote safety in the workplace.
- All other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications- Manager experience: 7+ years.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- 10+ years procurement experience in e‑powertrain manufacturing/automotive industry (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including GD&T knowledge and drawing interpretation.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Die‑casting, Lamination press, Forging, PCB assembly processes.
- Ability to understand 2D/3D drawings and knowledge of design tools.
- Experience using ERP system (SAP).

Working Conditions- Office setting with occasional walking/standing within and between buildings.
- Overtime as needed.
- Frequent travel with possible overnight or extended stays.
- Working in all development work groups if needed.
