This position is perfect for nurses who value autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact through high‑quality, in‑home skilled nursing care.

• Deliver high‑quality skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
• Perform infusions, assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, families, and other healthcare professionals to implement patient‑specific treatment plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress using clinical notes and preferred digital tools, meeting required timelines
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
