Your Impact as a Kennel Assistant- Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise, and attention for a comfortable stay.
- Monitor animal behavior and habits, promptly notifying the medical team of any unusual health concerns.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the kennel areas, runs, and outside grounds.
- Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies, collaborating with the team to keep the resort running smoothly.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare.
- A reliable, hardworking nature, with the ability to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure under stress.
- The physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform a physically active role.
- Previous kennel assistant experience is preferred. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
