Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of battery systems and power electronics that enable the production of electric vehicles through advanced manufacturing technology.

The Facilities Technician will assist in all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Full‑time, on‑site. Responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and maintaining the overall appearance of the facilities.

• Perform electrical inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of buildings and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and building issues to prevent service disruptions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment degradation and failures.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the facility, including interior and exterior areas.
• Repair, modify, construct, fabricate, and install building structures, systems, and equipment (e.g., roofs, walls, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, grounds).
• Replace or update outdated building materials and appliances.
• Inspect and maintain fire safety devices, building lighting, generators, and mechanical systems.
• Paint and repair walls, floors, roofs, and other surfaces to preserve materials and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist third‑party vendors servicing the facilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years basic electrical experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
• At least 2 years experience in an additional maintenance field (HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects over 60 lbs and perform other labor‑intensive tasks.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

• Associate degree in a maintenance‑related field or technical certification.
• Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Contract handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Relevant certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or OSHA compliance are highly desirable.

• 10% office‑based, 45% facility interior work, 45% outdoor tasks.
• Frequently standing, walking, and climbing ladders or stairs.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Overtime and on‑call availability as required.
• Commuting between work locations in Richmond Hill, Savannah & Ellabell, GA.

$25.24 - $33.63 per hour
