** What You’ll Do
** As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead daily field operations and support the success of our hauling division. You will:
* Supervise and assign work crews for solid waste collection.
* Monitor daily progress and adjust staffing as needed.
* Conduct field audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
* Handle customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
* Lead performance reviews and support employee development.
* Develop short- and long-term operational goals.
* Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulations.
* Must be willing to occasionally commute to our sister site in Clackamas, OR.
* This position is safety-sensitive
** What You Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
* Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics.
* Willingness and ability to relocate for future opportunities.
* Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
