You will oversee tax office operations across the CA104 - Richmond County region, lead motivated teams, and help deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA104 - Richmond County region
- Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to our Tax Preparers
- Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals
- Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments
- Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency
- Support local marketing and community outreach activities
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting
- Previous Management experience is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams
- Active CTEC & PTIN
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between locations when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Tax Preparation and Sales or related fields
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
