Reliability Maintenance Planning Specialist

Reports to: Maintenance Manager |
Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 + bonus + benefits

• Run maintenance planning in CMMS (SAP), ensuring:
  • PM Work Order Compliance
  • Safety WO Compliance
  • Environmental WO Compliance
  • Non‑PM WO Efficiency
  • PM Accuracy
  • Timely entry of new assets and creation of related PMs and schedules
• Complete material take‑offs (field measurements per current Chemtrade piping specifications).
• Procure materials from MTOs; palletize and label job kits; manage proper storage.
• Place work into the scheduling pool and align dates with production/operations.
• Coordinate lockout/tagout and permitting; liaise with shipping for tank cars, rail, and truck loading when applicable.
• Track purchase orders and job costs for visibility and control.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Project schedules for short shutdowns and turnarounds in partnership with site leadership.
• Partner with supervisors to set job priorities and confirm required materials/resources.
• Serve as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor; handle other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years as a maintenance planner/scheduler.
• 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Solid CMMS background; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project 2015 and complementary software.
