Abbotsford, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Coquitlam, Langley, Mission, Richmond, Vancouver, BC.

Salary: $35.00 per visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform wound assessments.
  • Assist the nursing team in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Provide follow‑up care in clients' homes, adhering to best practice standards.
  • Utilize wound care tools and supplies provided.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
Qualifications
  • Current LPN license in British Columbia.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Completion of criminal record check with a vulnerable sector clearance.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation within the Greater Vancouver area.
  • Experience with wound care is an asset but not required. Willingness to learn and develop wound care skills is ideal.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, client families, and relevant organizations.
  • Technical skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of client care documentation using online systems.
