Sales Consultant – Retail (Santa Rosa, CA)
Join Flooring Careers as a Sales Consultant and help customers choose the right flooring and custom countertops. We are one of the largest and most successful flooring businesses in the San Francisco Bay area, opening our first store in 1986 and focusing on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Present and sell flooring products and services to new and existing customers in the showroom
- Reach agreed‑upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Work solely in the showroom and/or visit customers' homes to provide estimates
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as QFloors (training provided)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven
- Open to work any day of the week
Showrooms are open Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑7:00 (paid split shift);
Saturday, 9:00‑5:30 and Sunday, 11:00‑5:30. This is a 5‑day work week.
Compensation includes hourly pay + commission during training, then a draw plus commission after training, with an unlimited earning cap.
