Territory Sales Specialist

Overview

We’re hiring a driven, client-focused Account Executive/Outside Sales Rep to grow revenue in our South Bay Area territory. If you love prospecting, closing, and building lasting relationships, this is a high-impact role with strong upside.

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

• Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
• Own the full sales cycle
  : quoting, closing, onboarding, and expansion
• Partner with operations and leadership to deliver top-tier service
• Use Salesforce to manage the pipeline and report activity
• Support pricing, project planning, and customer success initiatives

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (logistics, storage, or service sales a plus)
• Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
  , and CRM systems
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• OTE
  : $90,000–$110,000 with uncapped commission
