• Lead electrical tasks on‑site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist the foreman in managing projects, coordinating schedules, and delegating tasks.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Interpret and implement blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding project progress and issues.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrician.
• Electrician license preferred but not required.
• Some experience in project management or assisting a foreman.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical codes.

8 hour shift
