- Lead electrical tasks on‑site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Assist the foreman in managing projects, coordinating schedules, and delegating tasks.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Interpret and implement blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding project progress and issues.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrician.
- Electrician license preferred but not required.
- Some experience in project management or assisting a foreman.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical codes.

8 hour shift
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.
